This position is split between help desk support and the technology acquisition team. For the help desk, I support all district systems including Infinite Campus, Google accounts, and various other systems. There is also limited hardware troubleshooting support. I am also part of the district technology acquisition team. This team approves all hardware and software purchase requests. My position oversees each project from start to finish with adding the price quotes for all of the purchases following district guidelines and following through with the purchasing of the products.

East High School

Position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and the Infinite Campus program. Also responsible for website management/updates, electronic sign messaging/updates, processing new student ID cards, and various other duties as required by manager.

Responsiblities include the supervision of elementary school students in the lunchroom and on the playground.

This position was responsible for all meeting minutes and board communications for the local youth hockey association. I was also the Jersey Replenishment Team Lead (2012) which developed and implemented a replacement schedule. Also maintained and added content to Facebook page as necessary. Online Registration team lead to coordinate the system requirements with NGIN Corporation to ensure optimum system development for association registration.

Responsiblities included assisting disabled high school students with public transportation systems and on-the-job training.

Position required the sale of industrial lubricants and related engineering services. Targeted industries included paper mills, power generation facilities, gas transmission stations, and plastic injection molding plants. Maintained distributor relationships through providing their key customers with appropriate engineering services and product training.

Reponsibilities included operation of process control systmes ot attain production and customer requirments. Operated computer systems that controlled the plant lubricant blending process, truck loading process, and the lubricant tank farm.

Responsibilites included quality control testing of lubricants and waxes in the lubrication plant laboratory. Procedures used were the following: AA, X-Ray, viscometer, titration, and FT-IR.
