My role involved bringing products to market on Amazon, collaborating with other analysts and the Amazon key account manager, then managing those products on Amazon after initial setup.

A position initially focused on data entry and failure point / failure mode coding for a high value Lean Six Sigma project. The role developed into my leading the project under supervision from a Master Black Belt, accountable to all stakeholders and the project champion. I partnered with Sleep Number's Data Analytics Manager to visualize and publish my findings via Power BI. Based on the data I generated and recommendations made from it, Sleep Number reduced their reschedule rate from 18% to under 3% within seven months.

Working as an office assistant in college taught me how to navigate the day-to-day operations of an office environment. I was frequently approached with projects and associated deadlines that were not achievable given my schedule. Rather than fail to complete requested projects, I worked with my manager and other student office assistants. I developed action plans, assigned roles, and executed my plan to complete requested work on schedule.

Working to mow lawns as a full time five to six day per week job taught me a lot about the importance of hard work and customer service. In this line of work there was no finishing a job the next day, everything had to be finished the same day it began week after week. This strict schedule taught me the importance of time management and constant need to identify process improvements to decrease the time spent at each account.The position also taught me the importance of great customer service, along with its effect on satisfaction with the product or service. Despite working on a crew consistently lauded by the company for our speed and detail orientation, we had low end user satisfaction due to poor customer service. To remedy this problem I took on a role advocating for the customer before considering the limitations imposed on our crew. I used this lens to develop a deeper understanding of customer needs and ultimately fix our problem.
