-Support 3,500 end-users at seven different locations including the Nevada Test Site as well as remote technology labs in Santa Barbara and Washington D.C.- Personally resolve about 40-70 calls a day- Help Desk (I.T. Customer Service Experience)- On-site support when issues cannot be resolved remotely through Dameware- Troubleshoot a vast range of PC problems (Several In-House Applications, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook-Office, Entrust Email Encryption, Laptop Encryption Software, Virtual Private Networks, Remedy Ticketing System.)- Troubleshoot Mac OSX issues (Adobe CS4, Microsoft Entourage, VmWare, etc.)- Ensuring roll-outs of new computers are done properly and users have all critical data and applications- Hardware repairs/installs (hard drives, memory, fans, power supplies, vast range of local/network printers.)- Communicate with all departments of our I.T. Organization including Data Communications, Server Groups, In-House Developers and System Administrators on a daily basis- Experience working in high security environment most employees have a DOE Q - Clearance- Able to perform and multi-task in high stress situations- Oral and written communication skills
