Plasdan has an extensive portfolio of add-in injection units and automation and productivity solutions for multi-material injection molding. The central focus of our engineering is to increase productivity by consolidating processes into one machine; our solutions reduce machine time, labor, energy consumption, and require less factory floor space while bypassing the need for multiple machines and manual assembly. The end-to-end automated cycle eliminates work-in-process (WIP) inventory and products move more quickly through the production cycle with less capital tied up in unfinished goods.I thrive on the challenge of identifying market trends and leveraging emerging technologies to develop creative solutions for complex manufacturing needs. At Vector, we specialize in manufacturing all-electric secondary injection units for multi-material injection molded parts and automation for micro molding and specialty applications. My time at Vector Injection has been the vehicle my passion of pushing the boundaries of plastic processing methods, leveraging simulation, new technologies, and electronic control to deliver cutting-edge solutions.In addition to my role as an entrepreneur and innovator, I have had the opportunity to work closely with our add-on injection units. These units have opened up new possibilities in the industry, allowing for enhanced flexibility, precision, and efficiency in the injection molding process. Witnessing the transformative impact of these add-on units has further fueled my dedication to delivering disruptive manufacturing processes that can provide a strategic advantage to our clients.Prior to Vector Injection, as the Engineering Manager at Mold Hotrunner Solutions (MHS), I led the engineering team and spearheaded North American sales efforts. During my tenure, I actively developed high-volume micro molding machines and advanced hot runner technology, resulting in pending patents in critical areas such as medical devices, drug delivery, and injection molding apparatuses. It was at MHS that I honed my skills in driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
