Strengthened by effective communication and a magnificent work ethic, I look to push my talents and skills to the highest degree that I can. I handle the objects of multitasking and completion best when I am surrounded with multiple problems at once. With a can-do attitude and healthy work values, I am prospective to the different obstacles, careers, and goals that I will tackle after my undergraduate career. In my time spent so far, I have pursued degrees in the Business Administration field with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship, as well as a minor in Clifton Builders Management. I have also pursued involvement on my campus, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and my community. Through my involvement, I have earned the position of being a part of the Clifton Builders program which strives to connect entrepreneurship with the foundations of any career path. I have also served as an intern aiding in marketing strategies for the Newborn Screening Translational Research Network (NBSTRN), a nonprofit stemmed from the American College of Medical Genetics. More recently, I have had the pleasure to serve as the Human Resources Intern for Assurity- Life Insurance Company. While at Assurity, I have taken the opportunity to pursue further education in Life Insurance. LOMA is an association under the umbrella organization LL Global and is one of the largest trade associations in the U.S. insurance industry. I have taken the steps to further my education by receiving my Level I LOMA certification working towards my advanced education in the Insurance field.These opportunities have led me to gain skills in business communication, analytics, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management. I'm eager to see what the future has for me and am excited to apply my skills and knowledge to work in almost any future setting.
