Fieldstone Properties is a commercial real estate firm that specializes in acquiring, managing, and redeveloping underutilized multifamily properties. As the Marketing Director for Franklin Park (3,000+ apartment homes) my role was to launch a comprehensive marketing and leasing strategy to increase occupancy.

The Real Estate Masters program at Georgetown University allowed me to study real estate development and finance from top industry professionals. During this time I also completed an internship with the Deputy Mayor’s Office for Planning and Economic Development in Washington D.C. I supported the re-development effort of the 600 acre St. Elizabeths site.

AIMCO is one of the largest multifamily Real Estate Investment Trusts in the nation. The Colony at Kenilworth is a conventional apartment community with a predominantly student population (300+ units). Managing the Colony at Kenilworth involved leading a team of three professional leasing consultants and four maintenance technicians, rent collection, resolving resident issues, and enforcing community policies.

The University View is a 1,056 bed luxury student housing community located adjacent to the University of Maryland, College Park. As the Assistant Manager my responsibilities included staffing, marketing for pre-leasing, as well as creating a procedure handbook for future managers. We maintained an occupancy of 100% with a wait-list of over 400 students.
