Managed the Information Technology organization for a GM Stamping plant, a 2 million square foot facility, with 2000 employees, in a 24x6 operations environment. Wrote discrete-event simulation models of manufacturing lines and plants, using GPSS/H, AutoMod, Siman..Wrote the simulation of the Linden, New Jersey Corsica plant, resulting in the savings of $3M of cost avoidance by correctly sizing the number of Automated Guided Vehicles that needed to be purchased to run the body shop.

Responsible for robot programming and tool development, indirect labor studies, discrete-event simulations, and plant layout. Developed the tooling for a "man-less" manufacturing operation, leading to significant cost reductions on the production floorDeveloped the simulation for a manufacturing line, resulting in the correct storage buffers between operations, maximizing throughput of the lineInitially hired into 6 week, rotational Engineering Co-op and was hired permanently upon completion of Industrial Engineering degree.
