Founding Partner of the Ahimsa Fund Youth Fellowship Program. The year long fellowship program seeks to build upon the skills of young leaders in global health and empower young leaders to embody and pursue a new vision of leadership and governance in global health.

Worked as a Research Assistant for the DIADA project titled “Scaling Up Science-Based Mental Health in Latin America”. - Collected, analysed Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) Data from implementation sites. - Gathered baseline Behavioural Health Integration in Medical Care (BHIMC) data from implementation sites, and included analysis and findings in a formal report. - Assisted in the design of two capacity building courses on integration of mental health care within primary care, and the second on implementation research.- Translated important regulatory documents, and reports from Spanish to English and vice versa.

Designed and implemented a study that evaluated the gaps and inequities that persist within Chile's mental health system using a novel data system developed and data collected by FONASA. This involved: - Calculating prevalence and trends of mental diseases in individuals and families insured by FONASA.- Calculating health care coverage and inequities in access to care and/or financial protection according to socioeconomic and other determinants of health.- Evaluating outputs and developing methods to measure, outcomes and impact of the mental health interventions, included in the AUGE program.

- Trained and assisted in conducting qualitative interviews.- Transcribed interviews, and assisted in weekly stakeholder meetings.- Supported in the organization of the "Mental Health at the Margins: An Evening of Sharing"

- Conducted research on incoming house and senate members, regarding stances with regards to women's health rights and issues, and presented findings.- Provided support in editing and workshopping reports and briefs- Attended and helped out at organization briefings and events.

- Shadowed psychiatrist and head of mental health unit at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital- Supported the writing and editing of research grant for the development of rural system of mental health care in Western Kenya- Attended mental health focus groups, and organised screening data collection in rural primary care clinic in area surrounding Eldoret.

- Developed youth oriented fundraising strategies for Jack.org, a non-profit organization that raises awareness about mental health in Canada, in order to create a sustainable support network for the young charity.- Conducted prospect and analytical research to develop plans and recommendations for Jack Chapters, Talks and Summit programs.- Assisted with the synthesis of the Unleash the Noise Summit Website and the first Annual Report video in order to help Jack.org share their mission with a broader network of people.
