Currently the company’s Technical Director, Application Owner, and Solutions Architect for the AEM Platform, Evan provides technical direction on digital properties and content management to ensure an exceptional user experience and improve overall market share.★ ★ ★Evan’s technical career began as a Computer Operator for The Juice Plus Company and Senior Technician for Wilder Systems. In 2000, Evan was selected by The Juice Plus Company for their new internal Web Development Department, where he excelled as a Full Stack Web Developer, supporting the business strategy of modernization, both for internal users and end users. Within a year, Evan advanced to Web Programming Supervisor, where he served as a technical expert to the web development team.★ ★ ★In 2006, Evan advanced to the role of Manager of Application & Database Development, joining the database administration team. For the next decade, Evan was instrumental in modernizing engineering practices and tools that transformed the company’s digital platform, replacing the legacy content management system with CQ5. Leading a team of 14, Evan thrived as an enterprise-wide solutions architect for the rapidly growing business.★ ★ ★An expert in DevOps best practices, Evan is skilled in driving the adoption of modern development standards and processes that increase speed to production and advance revenue opportunities. Though highly esteemed for his technical expertise, Evan is also an experienced communicator who is able to train development teams and advise all levels of management on information technology, delivering an exponential impact.★ ★ ★Promoted to concurrent roles in 2015, Evan proved essential in steering the company’s technical direction as the Technical Fellow, Enterprise Architect, and Solutions Architect for the AEM Platform. Delivering immediate and consistent results, Evan was again promoted in 2019 to his current leadership position, where he manages front-end, AEM, and API teams.★ ★ ★As an enterprise and solutions architect, Evan advises executives on the technical roadmap that best aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and goals. Providing innovative solutions and insights, and leveraging his AEM expertise (CQ5 5.5 through 6.5 On-Prem), Evan worked cross-functionally to thoroughly integrate Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target into the eCommerce site, ultimately driving sales growth.
