Systems architect with 7+ years of experience collaborating with interdisciplinary integrated product teams (IPTs) to design, build, integrate and test the latest technology; ensuring our customers remain on the forefront of military and defense operations. I specialize in MBSE, enhancing collaboration at all phases of the system lifecycle and ensuring program digital engineering milestones are met within cost and scope.I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University in May 2016 and my Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from University of Central Florida in May 2020. I am an InRoads alum; their program offered me the opportunity to grow as an individual and professional in my chosen field of study. After having been heavily involved on campus and in the community, I strongly support outreach activities geared towards bringing engineering and STEM awareness to today's youth. I’ve had the pleasure of working with very diverse interdisciplinary teams in both development and production. I’ve experienced a lot of growth both professionally and personally; keeping firm to my values and managing tough situations with respect. My current focus is continuing to grow my leadership skills with the future goal of becoming a Chief Engineer. Heavily involved in mentoring programs; both as a mentor and a mentee. I strongly believe you learn the most from mentors outside of your current discipline due to the different perspectives they offer. This is why I mentor early career engineers as well as students regardless of their professional background.
