- Designing the large project of casino management system (efforts more than 1000 person-days for 4-5 months of development). - Management of the work processes and communications, consisting of the main department in Austria; development dep., testing dep., support dep., certification dep. in Austria; - Development of functional and non-functional requirements (system analytics, writing epics, user stories, use cases, UML diagrams, acceptance criteria) based on interaction with a business analyst from Austria, directly with clients and support department; - Release planning: prioritization, assessment of efforts, epics duration and critical path; - Sprint planning and sprint grooming processes; - Participation in release meetings, status meetings workshops with an Austrian office and team; - Release delivery: service pack; release notes, configuration guide, installation guide, test report.
