Having helped build the foundation for multiple start-up software companies before coming to Northwoods in 2004, I gained a deep understanding of software system design and the software development process. Over the years I've had the opportunity to provide technical leadership for and build lasting relationships with dozens of clients. I've enjoyed a rewarding career helping organizations, from Fortune 500 to not for profit, overcome challenges through software. I strive to provide clear communication, diplomacy, and honesty with project teams and stakeholders in the belief these are cornerstones to successful projects and lasting relationships. In my CTO capacity, I work to continually improve Northwoods’ daily operations through process automation and standardization. Making what we do well scalable and strengthening our weaknesses.
