Extreme Staffing is a family owned and operated business founded by Mark Stevens & Darlene Caruso in 2003. Mark & Darlene have over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry between them. Following a very distinguished career as a General Manager for corporations: such as Applebee’s, Flannigan’s, Red Lobster and F&B for Marriott’s. Mark decided to open up South Florida Promotions & Marketing, which produced events such as South Florida GLBT Film Festival, White Party, Miami Film Festival & Art Basel, as well marketed and consulted for over 100 major Liquor Brands for the gay market . After a successful 5 year run with SFP&M, he decided to change career’s and location and moved to Georgia. This is when Extreme Staffing was created. Darlene has over 23 years of experience in the accounting field with a background in hospitality, retail & construction; as well as 22 years as a bartender and bar manager in several well known establishments in Ft Lauderdale, South Beach and Atlanta.Extreme Staffing has enjoyed much success in growth since it’s inception in 2003, and now has become Atlanta’s Premier Hospitality Staffing Company’s.
