About Michel Ezran

20+ years of experience in complex IT project management. Specialized in Digital Transformation, Technology adoption, Social Media, Enterprise Social Networks and Web 2.0. I am now working for Lecko, an independent consulting agency. My job is to help change agents to do their job : transform work practices, collaborate, change culture.During the last 4 years, I have dedicated a lot of time and energy on using social media and web 2.0 power to transform the company from inside : accelerate innovation and decision making.
