Assigned to monitoring 1000+ mobile telecommunications sites including.• Managing NOC personnel who oversaw the mobile stations.• Supervising the team on field in charge of on site fault solving and troubleshooting.• Scheduled remote and on-site maintenance, fault management, troubleshooting, and providing periodic checks and tests over 2G, 3G, and 4G Networks.• Remote access to the on-site hardware through proprietary software to measure historical performance on every site as well as the complete network.• Doing Maintenance to UPS, and AC/DC rectification energy systems such as Eltek, Emmerson, and ZTE. • Accomplishing Monthly targets and KPIs for the project and the network running times.These responsibilities allowed me to gain a high level of expertise in the telecommunications field which resulted in reducing significatively the number of faults on the network by the continued enhancement of procedures in the area.
