In my professional trajectory, I have managed to be part of different work environments in the software analysis field, where I have developed skills and effectively contributed to the support, implementation, and innovation of companies in the technology sector.🚀 I started working as a help desk agent, providing technical support for the company's proprietary ERP software offered as a service. In the same company, I was promoted to Junior Project Consultant, where I was in charge of three of the largest clients the company had. In this role, I was responsible for requirements analysis, gathering, software testing, and software implementation.🚀 My second experience was as a software analyst, where I was part of a service center in a software development company following ITIL standards.🛠️ Now, I am focused on the future, hoping to achieve significant goals such as securing a position in a large company and leveraging all my skills to contribute to both collective and personal professional growth.
