My work experience is still short but substantial since I had the opportunity to strengthen my skills face challenging innovative projects in Lean Manufacturing field (Professional & Autonomous Maintenance on top). I consider that work in team and in contact with different cultures not a hindrance but rather an opportunity to shape and rethink myself, this is the reason why I chose to study also in foreign Countries, work in global companies with business trips opportunities, and frequent personal trips.
