- Processing and planning orders with suppliers;- Management and control of critical parts;- Development of actions to keep stock levels balanced;- Continuous improvement of procurement tasks: implementation of a BOM analysis tool; improvement of a BI tool to monitor critical parts.

- Curricular internship in the Logistics Department as part of Master’s Dissertation in Industrial Engineering and Management;- The project entitled “Optimization of raw material stock management and control processes to reduce the risk of overstock.” This project focused on analyzing reports within the sections to mitigate raw materials’ overstock and associated risks;- Firstly, it was done a mapping of those reports, through tools like BPMN, identifying also problems and improvement opportunities;- Following this stage, numerous improvement proposals were implemented, since the automation of reports generation process, through BI tools, as well as the development of standardized procedures for reports completion;- With these proposals, it was possible for the company to reduce millions of euros of overstock and postpone several orders that would generate overstock; - During my internship, I also performed tasks as a Procurement Planner.

- Project developed in a team of five elements during the 1st semester, in the 2nd year of Master, at PAULARTE;- This project aimed to reduce the cycle time of the primary cutting workstation and the number of obsolete boards, through the DMAIC approach;- First, the problem was studied and defined in a general way, making the necessary measurements and analyzing the possible causes of the problems, through Lean tools such as SIPOC, Deployment Diagram, Exploratory Data Analysis, Fishbone Diagram and PPA (Potential Problem Analysis);- Development of some improvement proposals, through the application of the 5S methodology, which could allow to the reduction of 10% in the number of surplus boards and of 15% in cycle time of task.

- Project developed in a team of eight elements, in 1st year of Master at Continental ITA;- The main theme of project is “Rationalization of the Logistics Warehouse”, which it could be divided into two sub-themes: Insufficient storage capacity of the warehouse and management of shells and packages;Insufficient storage capacity of the warehouse:- Development of a new layout which would increase the storage capacity by 16% and reduce the area occupied by waste by 50%;- Improved visual management and facility of operation using Andon systems.Management of shells and packages:- Creation of two programs in VBA which guarantee the monitoring and control of the stock of these products;- Cost-benefit analysis about different shells ordering policies;- Preparation of record sheets and operating instructions for quality control of shells.

- Project developed in a team of eight elements during the 1st semester, in the 1st year of Master, at Continental ITA;- This project was about the ergonomic study of a workstation, in order to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries;- First, the tasks to be analyzed were identified, through the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire, followed by the study of their risk through the tools REBA and NIOSH'91 Equation. Finally, several improvement proposals were presented in order to reduce the risk of injury mentioned

- Summer Internship was carried out in the field of Industrial Process Control;- Collection of production process times through Work Study methods;- Data analysis about the waste generated in a slicing machine, and development of new processes in order to reduce it;- Data analysis was conducted on the weight of packages resulting from the packaging production line, using control charts. Subsequently, due to the processes not being under control, a new packaging production line was designed incorporating concepts of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
