The goals of these training sessions are to provide them the cutting-edge technology knowledge and train them for best practices in operations management and support.- Liaising with customers and vendors on a regular basis for problem solving and change Requests• - Conducting Training session with customers- Mentor and develop junior engineers.- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and partners.- Working with sales team to develop opportunities with new and existing clients.- Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance to take preventive measures for scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.- Evaluate and recommend new releases- Lead technical sessions with clients to discover requirements and develop solutions. Prepare documentation including Statement of Work, Low Level Design & Acceptance Tests.- Hands-on Administrator, agent and supervisor Training- Responsible to plan UCCE & UCCX Upgrades - Scripting- Day to day changes- UCCE & UCCX call flow Change requests- Microsoft Active Directory /DNS Support (Complex Requirements, Configuration, Troubleshooting)- Preparing Cisco DCloud and LAB Demo Setups for Partners and Clients for POC- Administration, maintenance and planning of Upgrades on Cisco UCCE & UCCX which includes ICM Scripting, CVP, CUSP, CCMP, FINESSE, Social Miner, Outbound Dialer SIP & SCCP - Providing direct support for the Contact Center, high level UCCE CTI Collaboration and Integration.
