Roles and Responsibilities 1- Develop and Implement QMS/PQP on construction Projects in line with organization QMS.2- Project Planning and Coordination between various trades to achieve project deliverables. Prepare monthly quality dash board to assure KPI has been achieved and monitored. Liaison with technical and procurement engineer to finalize engineering and procurement schedules. 3- Lead / manage a team of engineer / inspectors / technician to assure timely inspection and audits.4- Review all technical submission including but not limited to: PQ, MAR, MS, Drawings, Test Reports, calculation, samples mockup etc prior submission / approval by engineer. Control the procedure for managing and closeout NCR/SOR. 5- Prepare and implement material testing plan , onsite and offsite including FAT as per ASTM / BS / ACI.6- Manage document control procedures & assure full compliance with ISO-9001-2015.7- Conduct / Arrange inhouse and 3rd party training to enhance workers/staff competency.8- Plan / Manage all regularity compliance including ADM, ADCD, Estidama etc. Compile manage sustainability reports such as u-value, LPD, waste manifest report for final submission. 9- Device and Implement project closeout procedures and assure smooth project handover to client and related authorities. 10- Manage DLP team until final acceptance by client.

Responsibilities werePrepare and update project schedule with timelines and task to be completed.Assist the project manager to research vendors’ supplier’s capabilities; identify pool of candidate vendor/supplier for the project consideration.Monitor and record the progress of contractors and sub contractors.Follow up on the construction progress and mitigate delays with professional engineering plan.Coordinate with supply chain management for procurement related activities as applicable, ensuring timely releasing of specification, offer from vendors, clarification and technical evaluation.Monitor field work/sub cont: work to ensure with compliance with project standards, procedures, specifications and local/international codes.Ensure that all the required inspections and test are carried out and all the permits are available for work and all safety measures are taken during job execution. Reviewing and submitting the recommended proposal solutions for such construction problem occurred at fieldAssist Project Manager in tracking budget expenditure.Review and communicate project progress, prepare appropriate periodic progress reports as needed by project management team. Ensure they are in adherence to project specifications and schedule.

Responsibilities arePrepare detailed estimate and quantities take off from drawings.Verifying QS calculation, verifying sub contractor’s claim, and certifying payment certificates based on agreements. Visit the site to ensure that all the site activities are conducted under control conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specifications and work plan.To report section head of construction team giving all information (e.g. material used , equipments, hours etc)To request material, tool and equipments from site manager on weekly basis. To make sure that all the item are payable to subcontractor are already measured and approved by consultant.To identify and secure all the existing service of public service.

Responsibilities were Prepare estimates and bill of quantities BOQs for work to be done.Prepare working/shop drawing for reinforcement and check them after placing.To visit site frequently during placing reinforcement and concreting to ensure the quality of work as per specification given in drawing and related codes.Attend meeting with client and consultant to discuss technical and non technical issue for the site.

Responsibilities were To analysis and design different types of earth quake resistance R.C.C structures using latest standards and technology such as using ACI-318 & UBC-97 codes and using Etab & SAFE. Project includes single story to up to 13 stories such as residential apartments, hospitals, and academic institutions mosques etc indifferent seismic zones.Inspection of site during execution to assure that the work is going on as per design and drawing standards.Attend client and contractor meetings to discuss technical issues regarding the project so that project can be completed as per given time, quality and budget.
