Current1) Focus on strategic risk advice to clients and facilitate operational risk improvement based on an understanding of strategic objectives.2) Conduct site inspections at manufacturing and production plants to gather information relevant to the construction, occupancy, protection and exposure of the plant, equipment, and manufacturing processes.3) Assess carious aspects of the plant and machines including safety provisions against Australian Standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes, and FM Global datasheet to ensure safe and uninterrupted production. 4) Evaluate machine performances and calibrations by reviewing and analyzing data gathered through Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) such as vibration analysis tests, thermographic scanning, and oil sampling test.5) Assess the design adequacy, reliability, and performance of the fire protection equipment, such as automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrants, fire hose reels, fire detection system etc. in a plant and evaluate their conformance with existing Australian and International standards.6) Analyze contractor management processes of the site to ensure the safety of the plant and equipment.7) Perform engineering risk assessment on maintenance of the manufacturing machines, operating conditions and environment, safety devices and contingency planning.8) Prepare a technical recommendation report on the construction, occupancy, protection, and exposures of the manufacturing site based on the data gathered during site visits.9) Curating exemplary 'Risk Engineering Reports' 'Underwriting reports' to assist clients with leveraging their insurance premiums. 10) Conduct risk assessments on Hazardous Zoning Classification to ensure compliance for clients.
