They do this by applying a range of tools to understand your Risk profile including strategy business risk profiling, enterprise risk management, governance risk compliance and business resilience, as well as risk engineering.RM4C also adopts the methodology of ISO31000:2018 Risk Management across their services to develop and implement a risk management framework that is designed to suit the size and risk profile of your organization.Having worked across multiple industries including food, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, and property management, Peter has managed multiple risk management programs across large portfolios.As Director and Co-Founder, Peter focuses on overseeing all client matters whilst managing the overall strategic direction of the business.

Risk Tech was founded in 2001 with the mission to offer a high level of independent risk management advice, working with strategic partners to deliver effective outcomes. The team works together to access their broad base of technical and business expertise within their nationwide network of risk management professionals to resolve any risk management concerns.They do this by specialising in a range of services including asbestos risk assessment and management, fire protection, loss estimates, process safety, construction risks, business continuity planning, business risk reviews, and more.Peter joined the company in 2003 as a Risk Engineer and climbed his way through the ranks to become the General Manager to manage the service delivery of the three consulting practice teams.Along the way, he worked with multiple food-based brands including George Western Food, Inghams, Bid Vest, Swire Cold Storage, and Manildra Group.As General Manager, Peter was responsible for overseeing and leading the risk management team, as well as working closely with clients for consulting.After being in the industry for over a decade, Peter noticed an opportunity to venture out on his own to launch RM4C, and Victual along with business partner David Goodall.
