Managed the Intersectional Reporting Programme, supporting charity cohorts to strategically embed intersectionality into their storytelling to better reflect lived experience, encourage a nuanced understanding of inequality, and facilitate collaboration for solutions.

- Led the Inclusive Reporting Programme, engaging 400+ journalists across UK newsrooms, through workshops sharing innovative approaches and best practise in achieving more representative journalism, and connecting newsrooms with diverse communities- Contributed to the Digital Heritage Hub, creating and commissioning articles, guides, and videos (long-listed for the Digital Culture Awards 2023 and 'Highly Commended' in Museums + Heritage Awards 2023)

- Coordinated the Digital Communications Programme 2021 which provided free training, mentoring, and resources to 1000+ charities across the UK, focusing on those serving low socio-economic areas- Also coordinated the Virtual Digital Comms Training Series and the Heritage Digital Programme (1190 charities and non-profits reached)
