Established Ground Operations set up for Fly Jinnah (new airline launched in collaboration with Air Arabia and Lakson Group). Negotiated Ground Handling Agreement for Fly Jinnah with 3 service providers and got the best possible deal in local currency. Made SGHA/SLA for new airline. Prepare all set up at KHI,LHE,ISB,PEW,UET,MUX and LYP stations for new airline. Ensured regulatory compliance in order to achieve successful AOC award by PCAA. Worked day and night to ensure things are in order in terms of dedicated staffing, training, email setups, airline stationary, DCS setup, load control set up, audits and airport offices setup. Helped new airline in inception stage by using personal contacts in PCAA, ASF, CUSTOMS and Immigration to ensure all possible help and support is provided to all departments including but not limited to Flight Operations, HR, Procurement etc. Got approvals from PCAA to established offices at KHI/LHE/ISB/PEW and UET airports. Made preparations for first aircraft delivery flights at KHI airport on 20th Sep, 2022. Coordinated with all agencies to run a smooth show. Established competent team of aviation professionals at all airports. Arrangements made for PCAA proving flight of KHI-ISB-KHI on 27 September, 2022 up to requisite standards of PCAA. Successfully started inaugural flights to KHI-ISB-KHI on 31st October, 2022. Airline is successfully operating schedule flights to 5 airports in Pakistan.

4+ years of flight operations work experience mainly comprises in 3 main areas :Flight Dispatch: Flights were dispatched on all routes of PIA keeping in mind safety, economy as major factor. Computerized flight plans were made in different flight planning systems. NOTAMS and weather briefing given to crew. Most important aspect was coordination with ATC , MCC and other functionaries for smooth operation, handling of flights.Technical Support Cell: Responsible to obtain over flying permissions for extra sections / diverted / VVIP / non scheduled flights. Compiling, filtering and updating NOTAMS for use of central control.Building and updating routes for PIA sectors. Making analysis of payload / routes for different sectors.Taking care of different aspects of VVIP/CHARTER/FERRY/EXTRA SECTIONS flights.SABRE FOS flight Planning: Worked with SABRE master trainers to assist them to load schedule/routes /station data in FOS flight planning system at the initial stages of its implementation program. Also worked in FOS help desk to give support to network stations during inception of FOS. Got appreciation from Manager Flight Dispatch.
