I am the Managing Partner of Khan & Muezzin, an international law firm having offices in Pakistan and Canada.I regularly advise corporate clients in relation to an array of legal issues across various sectors. I am particularly involved in representing clients in arbitrations involving complex commercial disputes. On numerous occasions, I have also acted as an arbitrator, as well as the chairman of various dispute boards, in contentious matters.I enjoy working on corporate transactions and providing legal support to local and international clients. I have substantial experience of advising clients in the telecom sector, including mobile network operators, tower companies, LDI operators, VAS providers, telecom vendors, as well as the telecom regulator (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority), on a plethora of legal issues.I have advised both public entities and private sector enterprises on due diligence matters, investments, mergers & acquisitions, corporate compliances, company restructuring etc. I also assist clients during project negotiations and have provided legal support from the tender / bidding stage to contract drafting, negotiations and ongoing legal support during project implementation.
