• Review of product programs from finance end before launch of new IB products to identify gaps relating to accounting and process flows and recommend corrective measures.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts of Islamic banking group and its functions and comparative statistics against budget, forecast, last year/month/day to evaluate their performance and effective decision making.
• Review of system generated G/L & P&L on daily basis to ensure the accuracy of financials in case of any anomaly, coordinate with business/Islamic treasury to resolve it.
