CurrentAs the Director of eCommerce, I am responsible for implementing and managing online strategies developed cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers. I work closely with product development, marketing, creative, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure a smooth and engaging shopping journey.- Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecomm strategy aligned with overall business goals and brand image, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of brand initiatives.- Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the web store, ensuring it delivers on industry trends and an exceptional UX. Monitor website performance, to optimize for functionality, and responsiveness.- Digital Merchandising: Curate and manage the product catalog and content presentation, ensuring a diverse and appealing assortment that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience. Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products, promotions, and collaborations.- Customer Experience: Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey, from website navigation to post-purchase engagement, and support Customer Service to address customer feedback, concerns, and inquiries.- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, search, social, and affiliate channels. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective brand campaigns, leveraging digital channels to drive traffic and sales.- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor eComm performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for refinement. Present regular reports for upper management, providing insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
