Nationwide Operations Playbook: Developed automated high priority metrics playbook saving 3+ hours of work ensuring teams had actionable insights into the business first thing in the morning. Report Development: Regularly met with stakeholders across the company to design and produce dashboards that allow for self-serve analytics and monitoring of up-to-date metrics in Tableau, Thoughspot and the in house web-portal. Web Development: Contributed to Django produced web portal to host R and Python statistical analysis as well as Tableau dashboards. ETL : Scripted in Python and SQL for a variety of cloud platforms and in-house servers to expand reporting capabilities.

Provided in depth analysis and forecasting for labor optimization, inventory management, marketing ROI and targeting.
