It Support Engineer
Current- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, addressing issues related tohardware, software, network, and peripherals.- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications and hardware,ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, software and hardware components,adhering to company policies and best practices.- Collaborate with other IT professionals to analyze and resolve complex technical issues,escalating when necessary.- Coordinate with pawaPay suppliers for hardware procurement and hardware/softwaresupport.- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of IT assets, support tickets and systemconfigurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and efficient troubleshooting.- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure data integrity and businesscontinuity.- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users, promoting the adoption of newtechnologies and fostering a positive user experience.- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations and securityenhancements to support the organization's strategic goals.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuouslyimprove the IT support function.- Project manage IT related projects such as software rollouts / upgrades and OTP Phonemanagement.
