MM Kembla is part of the Metal Manufactures group in Australia. Kembla is Australasia's largest manufacturer of copper products, including copper wire, rod, tube and fittings. I was a member of the executive management group reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and had specific responsibility for determining the strategic direction of Kembla’s fittings & accessory business.

MM Kembla New Zealand Limited is wholly owned by Metal Manufactures Pty Limited and manufactures and distributes all copper fittings for the parent company, including to all export markets. The company also re-sells copper and plastic tube systems into New Zealand plumbing, refrigeration and OEM markets. My role reported to the Australian CEO and encompassed full directorship and management responsibilities for this separate legal entity, including corporate governance and all statutory, legal, treasury and accounting, sales & marketing, operational, health & safety, environmental and personnel management functions.

Gullivers Pacific Limited is New Zealand’s largest vertically integrated travel wholesalers and retailer. Reporting to the Managing Director and owner of Gullivers Pacific, I was responsible for leading the newly acquired Holiday Shoppe Group, which managed 67 franchises and 12 owned travel agencies throughout New Zealand.
