Current-Detailed in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.- Dynamic experience with international recruiting (Australia, Germany, Sweden, Canada).- Create exceptional interview experiences for candidates that are reflective of Bluebeam’s customer-centric philosophy.- Partner with hiring managers to identify key skillset needed to be successful in the role; create internal and external job descriptions that skillfully present the desired skillset, role, and responsibilities. - Manage hiring processes via Greenhouse and SAP SuccessFactors.- Create strategic sourcing plans using online channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media with multiple touch points. (Every message counts!) - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to final offer and intro to onboarding.- Collaborated with HR, legal teams, and candidates to facilitate the visa sponsorship process (H1B), ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.Key Achievements: - Successfully hired Bluebeam's Director, InfoSec and Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement the week between the Christmas holiday and New Year's Eve holiday in 2021. - Assisted in organizing a recruiting event for our Engineering department and an AMA (Ask Me Anything Event) to engage the public with new internal developments and develop Bluebeam's brand presence.- Created and managed a system to house TA's internal processes, procedures, and SOPs to assist with day-to-day workflows in OneNote, alongside a database in SharePoint. - Train new employees on ATS best practices.- Participated in University Recruiting Events to assist our Campus Manager with the kickoff of Bluebeam's Internship Program.-Assisted the Director, People Team + various cross functional teams in editing Bluebeam's Employee Handbook.- Mental Health Advocate - normalizing the conversation around mental health & advocating for mental health programs & initiatives.
