As a Talent Administrator at Moto I coordinated training activities for over 5,000 employees across the UK. This included managing the e-learning platform to ensure employees completed mandatory and voluntary training modules; scheduling online training workshops during the covid-19 pandemic; submitting personal licence applications and monitoring compliance levels along with EFAW courses. With a marketing background, I was also able to assist in the development of design materials to enhance the visuals of the training materials and internal marketing assets.
