CurrentIn January 2015, I assumed the role of CRM team lead. The Global Sales Operations CRM Team Lead is primarily focused on partnering with Dynamics CRM specialists and Sales Leaders globally to meet the needs of the sales organizations within the countries they support. My team consists of specialists responsible for planning and executing successful end-user training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure consistency globally. The team is responsible for determining and driving global best practices within the sales organization. My expertise is focused on partnering with Global IS developers to manage IT integration projects, migration from local CRM tools to Dynamics 365 and design, testing and validation of system enhancements. I also train and support 60 CRM specialists globally that support senior leadership to ensure data integrity within Dynamics 365, while supporting the quality of tracking, measuring and reporting sales analytics. Working collaboratively with executives, corporate decision makers and leaders globally has given me a comprehensive understanding of the strength in a global and consistent strategy.
