• Led a three-year effort to evaluate major laboratory information systems and select a new system with a team of 20 IT and clinical operations personnel. Project included requirements definition, vendor analysis.
• Managed SaaS solution from Halfpenny Technologies to interface 260+ Physician EMR systems and a dedicated web portal for 3000+ external Physicians and staff for laboratory orders and results. The solution enabled.
• Implemented InterSystems Ensemble integration engine to connect 100+ internal and external EMR and laboratory systems. Replaced an antiquated system with the market leading solution.
• Enhanced and transitioned Salesforce system from external consultancy to internal management for support of ACL Sales Team. Improved system functionality, services and system capacity.
