Queen Bee

Wet Paint Productions

Brighton, United Kingdom

Wet Paint Productions (WPP) is a contemporary urban art agency that I co-founded in 2009 with partner Guy Harris. It was born out of personal passion and a desire to support artists who share so much of their talent freely. Following the great success of the live urban art event ‘The Beautiful and the Canned’ (2009 & 2010) and securing the showcase commission for White Night Brighton in 2010, WPP continued to work with local, UK and overseas individuals and organisations to build a fantastic network of creative artists and fellow enthusiasts from Brighton to Buenos Aires. From working with designers such as Gresham Blake on bespoke ties, to Channel 4 on their 2011 'Street Summer' series, Brugal Rum for an in-depth UK wide promotion over the course of a year and Sussex Police on tackling domestic violence, WPP has been able to demonstrate how versatile and appealing urban art can be. We have been lucky enough to work with some of the most well known artists on the street art scene and, hopefully, help some of the artists of the future on their way, with our interactive aerosol art workshops for young people. The desire to take this unique form of personal expression and independent creativity to audiences everywhere meant WPP offered a range of innovative services including: interactive events & exhibitions, creative branding & campaigns, bespoke artwork, interior & exterior design and ethical artist management.
