Before setting up my own consultancy, I worked for over 20 years for creative agencies and media organisations, 
in graphic design, film-making, creative direction, strategy and leadership roles. MBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership (Steinbeis-Hochschule — School of Management + Innovation). Over the years I was awarded numerous industry recognitions, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Broadcast Awards, and Promax/BDA awards. In 2016 I was named one of the top 50 Creative Leaders in the UK by Creative Review.
