- ensures effective system of material and service supply according to site business needs. - Draws up and manages the Purchasing budget;- Is full responsible for objectives realization: purchasing index, quality level, number of suppliers, raw materials cost reduction plan;- Deploys the Group and Region purchasing strategy- Deploys best purchasing practices (Valeo 5000 purchasing standard);- Covers all areas of site's purchasing: production, non-production, overheads, investments;- Implement raw materials productivity actions;- Drives the Purchasing department: recruitment, development, training - Manages purchasing of projects;- Directly manages purchasing actions: negotiations, management of strategic suppliers, actions designed to reduce raw materials costs;

- Pilot supplier integration in the projects to optimize purchasing parts QCD;- Proceed with all negotiations before sourcing to push the cost down. - Build up project supplier target panel with competitive costs and savings plan.- Ensure timely sign off with the segments of all supplier contracts related the project.- Achieve project purchasing index.- Define and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers.- Ensure capacities for all components are covered.- Track project time scale and ensure OTS and PPAP on time.
