Implemented sustainable agriculture and environmental international community development projects through Farmers Clubs set up as part of the project in Querimba National Park, Cabo Delgado. Involved establishing systems and processes, purchasing equipment, activity planning and implementation, managing budgets and accounts, liaising with local/international donors, facilitating training, reporting etc. Transferred to Milan initially to work on partnerships, but ended up assisting with managing the organisation's vintage clothing store, including strategies to build profile. Proofed international funding applications and training manuals until position ended due to issues with obtaining relevant Italian working visa.

Supported the Institute's development activities through writing funding submissions, searching for partnerships locally and abroad, course development and teaching English as a second language. Established a network with a range of Australian businesses/companies based in Beijing to raise awareness and attract funding for YID’s development activities in rural Yunnan. National Australia Bank held a fundraiser to raise money for the YID Child Aid project as a direct consequence and 2 partnerships applications were succesful.
