Strategically partnered with UCaaS platforms like Zoom and Microsoft as well as telco providers like AT&T and Verizon to market and promote adoption of their products and services all using Poly hardware (voice and vide) in California. Due to those efforts, Poly was included in many sole source and MSA agreements with multiple public institutions and my territory became the #1 revenue producer for Poly worldwide. Based on the successful campaign in California, my team and I were entrusted to video enable over 30k (thirty thousand) classrooms for the largest school district in the Western US, serving over half a million children in the new hybrid education approach. During 2020, my efforts leveraging partners, vendors and platforms, allowed me to partner with many CIOs and educators in helping them build a strategy to include collaboration technology in their curricula. Fully embraced UCaaS and HaaS as the way of the future, creating new opportunities for Poly to leverage the power of platforms like Zoom and MSFT Teams to promote the entire product portfolio, catering to hot desking, hybrid workplace, return to office (RTO) strategy and countless applications that leverage collaboration hardware to ensure continuity and advance the new hybrid workplace concept. Strategized with Poly's channel partners to introduce the entire product portfolio to their customer base and create new revenue opportunities. The overall goal of the program was to displace hardware technology incumbents and make Poly the new product of choice when deploying platforms like Zoom and MSFT Teams. This strategic approach boosted revenue in CA to 500% of expected quota
