Responsible about Product Design Team,with the mission to show value in the product design inside the company.Working on the P&I Sector's new project, I'm responsible for all tasks in design team. Making pre-plannings with the Product Owner, splitting tasks inside the team. Negotiating the time and priority of each feature.Also, making workshop facilitations to draw and find a solution together with other teams. Always using design search and discovery to support all solutions drawed. Methodologies like, Double Diamond, Design Thinking, etc, helps me to find hypotheses, so i can validate these, with some usability test, a/b tests, etc.Construct our Design System is too a challenge, so we are doing that with baby steps, to involve all needs areas in the right moment.Helping others designers are our daily exercise here, so i make some inside projects to encourage peoples to share knowledge between them.
