GWS is a strategic execution solution that enables the processing of inbound shipments and outbound orders in a distribution center. GWS is also utilized for handling distribution and fulfillment for health-care and pharmaceutical customers. GHOS is a SAP ERP-based application providing integrated global back office and contract management functionality for the SCS D&F portfolio and their customers. GHOS also integrates with GWS to provide global order and inventory management capabilities. External customers will be integrated using EDIFrom Dec 2013 to Jan 2014, I worked on UPS SCS Warehouse ETPS2 Post Sales System Application QA team lead. Responsible to establish plans and objectives for the Quality Assurance (QA) team, lead and develops staff, and ensures resources are effectively utilized for meeting business goals. I also manage and report on team results, resource allocation, including quality of work, timeliness and budgetary goals. I also collaborate with management to plan, coordinate, schedule and manage QA resources while continuing improvement of work procedures and processes. Lab manager & leader responsible for setup and network configuration of 50 workstations, and 15 Windows Servers (physical and virtual) in multiple Networks and simulating eight different production environments. Work with UPS Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) group team on implementing Tivoli Software distribution process for UPS and train people on the software distribution process.
