A collaboration between Bridges Impact Foundation and Wharton Social Impact, the Turner MIINT is a year-long experiential learning program designed to give students at business and graduate schools around the world a hands-on education in impact investing. Throughout the academic year, students source and conduct due diligence on companies that combine impact with a compelling business model. The program culminates with student teams presenting to an expert panel of judges at Wharton for the chance to receive a $50,000 investment into the company they presented.

Hamilton College

Supervised a team of 15 student workers, who collected and recycled items left by college students. Contacted local charities and organizations to donate items.Donated 9,216 pounds of items to Salvation Army, Food banks, and other charities in Oneida County. Managed student’s timesheets. Supervised the annual sale and ensured that the program was a success.

Prepared teaching and class material and tutored students in geoscience. Assisted in preparing a microfossil project and graded homework and exams.

Responsible for mapping stormwater planning mitigation and translating children’s stories from English to Spanish for the daylighting park. Educated the community about urban farming and hydroponics and harvested crops for the farmers market. Assisted with data entry, social outreach and event management.
