With over four six of experience in talent acquisition, I have successfully recruited, hired, and onboarded hundreds of professionals for various roles in the education and health care sectors. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ArchCare, I worked with union and non-union employees, managed the full cycle of recruitment, and ensured compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Previously, as the Director of Recruiting at Big Minds, Tiny Hands, I led a team of recruiters, developed and implemented recruitment strategies, and analyzed data and reports to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process.
