As a returning staff member I dedicated 13 years to the Commonwealth Bank, I seamlessly transitioned back into my role while adapting to the ever-changing banking industry. In my role, I was responsible for establishing and maintaining a diverse range of banking products, including personal loans, credit cards, insurance and transactional accounts. I catered to a wide variety of customer types, ranging from business and not-for-profit organisations to personal customers. Additionally, I handled and reported on customer complaints and risk-related matters, ensuring their resolution in a timely manner. In my capacity as the sole Administrative Officer supporting the Building Services Coordinator and Project Maintenance Manager, I played a pivotal role in documenting, recording, and reporting all building maintenance and new construction projects within a Local Government setting. I efficiently managed budgets for the Building Department, oversaw the allocation of maintenance and repair tasks to both internal and external trades and contractors, and expertly prepared building and plumbing approval applications for the Government-appointed inspectors. Additionally, I handled day-to-day administrative responsibilities such as responding to phone and email inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing dictation, and actively participating in on-site meetings with contractors and council employees. I also stepped into the Project Maintenance Manager role as required, gaining invaluable insights into the comprehensive requirements of full project completion.

As a concierge, I efficiently directed a large volume of customers to the appropriate team members, enhancing their overall experience.One of the highlights of my role was the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a diverse customer base. This allowed me to adopt a resolution-driven approach when faced with challenges.

At Powers Financial Group, I held a dual role encompassing Information Technology and Corporate Compliance. As part of Corporate Compliance, I successfully established and maintained the Corporate Compendiums and effectively dealt with ASIC on behalf of our esteemed clientele. With responsibility for up to fifty individual workstations and four servers, I excelled in tasks ranging from software and hardware updates to troubleshooting. Additionally, I spearheaded the implementation and maintenance of an electronic filing system, facilitating the company's transition into the paperless era, and ensured the security of copious amounts of data through robust backup and storage systems.
