I’m passionate about highlighting Belgium’s strengths in artificial intelligence and fostering connections across the ecosystem. Through my role at the Belgian Federation of Tech companies, I work to connect innovators, industry leaders, and policymakers, creating partnerships that address the challenges and potential of AI in a meaningful way.As a digital expert with a focus on AI, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with regional innovation agencies such as VLAIO, Innoviris, and Agence du Numérique. Together, we’ve rolled out AI policy programs aimed at supporting sustainable innovation and a responsible approach to AI adoption. To date, these initiatives have supported over 750 Belgian companies, guiding them as they leverage AI to create value.I am actively involved in several steering committees, including the Flanders AI Program, Flemish AI Academy, DigitalWallonia4.ai, and sustAIn.brussels. These experiences have allowed me to work with a diverse range of academic, private, and public stakeholders who share a commitment to building a collaborative AI landscape in Belgium.Beyond strategy and policy, I am fascinated by the broader implications of AI on society—particularly how it shapes our understanding of identity and work. I believe that as we continue to innovate, it’s essential to ensure AI respects and uplifts human values, shaping a future where technology and humanity evolve together.I’m always eager to connect with professionals who share an interest in AI, sustainability, and innovation.
