Collaborated with Foundation colleagues and student volunteers at Ball State University, Indiana State University, Saint Mary's College, and their 15 partnered high schools to achieve a shared mission of raising funds and awareness for Riley Hospital for Children. Provided programs with best practices in innovative strategies to focus on donor and participant retention and renewal, fundraising strategy and ensuring relationships are contributing to increase in financial ROI, provide leadership development to students, and coach volunteers to plan and execute events, track finances, create project management systems and implement campaigns.Worked alongside internal Foundation departments on major donor prospecting of individuals, groups and associations and maximizing corporate partnership outreach.Planned and executed an annual High School Advisor Dance Marathon Conference with over 50 attendees to teach best practices, recruitment and retention, leadership, peer to peer fundraising, and organizational management. Worked with Hospital Partners to ensure inventory for social work supplies were up to date and always readily available for families in need. Crafted quarterly reports to donors with information of where their donor dollars are being used.Collaborated with hospital departments and world renowned doctors to plan educational lectureships and grand rounds, in addition to reimbursements and stewarding the speakers.Crafted intentional messages for different groups of donors for various projects throughout the year. I am a student coordinator that is tasked with training, overseeing, and assisting all first year seminar mentors within the department

It is my role to ensure a smooth transition for incoming freshman at IUPUI. I am there to have multiple meetings with them throughout the semester, assist them in enrolling for their second semester, point them in the right direction when needed, show them the campus, and to simply be their support system.
