MARKESTRAT is a Center of Research and Projects in Marketing and Strategy, was founded in 2004 by professors, masters and Ph.Ds in Management, Agronomy and Economy from the University of São Paulo. Mrs. Canto was previously Adviser of MAUBISA Group, a family-owned holding company, based on the assets of the Amorim Biagi family, from 2009 to 2011. Lead by Maurilio Biagi Filho, one of the most important entrepreneurs of the sugar cane energy sector, Maubisa focuses on four business pillars, agribusiness, property management and investment management. From 2007 to 2008, had coordinated a cooperation program between São Paulo Prefecture and European Commission and the focus was to improve the people live stands in São Paulo city center. From 2005 and 2006, worked at Association of Brazilian Beef Exporters, institution that represent the main beef exporters of Brazil and could increase the Brazilian beef sales in international, especially in the last six years. I´ve started my career at the Ministry of Education, as adviser of the Advisory Cooperation Office, from 1998 and 2002. I could also work with education issues in Solidarity in Literacy Association, from 2003 and 2004, a non-governmental organization founded by Ruth Cardoso, Brazil first lady during Cardoso Presidency.Specialties: Graduated in International Relations by University of Brasilia (1996-2000), specialist in Management Project, by Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2001-2002) and Master in Science (Business Administration), by University of São Paulo (2009-2011).
