Responsible for preparing the South America annual Business Plan and Medium Term Strategic Plan. Work with individual business units to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall regional budget and forecast. Create, update and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s future results and operations. Compare historical results against budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance. Prepare internal reports and presentations for executive leadership supporting their decision making

Responsible for preparing merger and acquisition research, including financial analysis for new projects & investments;Prepare with the SA Business Development team and commercial managers the annual business plan for the region;Monthly preparation of the company costs report in South America;Make Presentations to the board of directors in South America;Responsible for administrative functions and managing the insurance portfolio;

Supported global treasury management system implementation scoping as part of the project team;Responsible for creating system prototypes, testing procedures and reporting project progress needs;Analyzed financial operations and prepared financial transactions for Quantum;Responsible for currency exposure parallel run and reporting of the hedge results at month end close to accounting department;
