I have 3 roles at my current job :D I am part of the community team for all Spanish speaking communities of our game (LATAM and Spain), at this role I’ve been working with the Spanish speaking community and even though it's the same language, it's full of different cultures and dialects. I need to know everything about our game in order to answer and help our community to engage and enjoy the game. I also manage and program the mIRC chat bot for the Spanish server. I am also part of the translation team where we translate marketing documents, Forum content, the video game and video promotional subtitles. But I am more focused on the Forum content for our community and Patch Notes.

I worked for this company as a contractor to make written content for their blog and social media graphics explaining the game and features of it. I was also in charge of their social media accounts, interacting with the community, answering questions and organizing their crowdfunding campaign to collect the funds to start the project.The campaign was successful and we collected the required funding.
