CurrentFinancial, administrative and accounting responsibilities: - Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company/federal, state and municipal laws.- Manage the import and export processes to ensure compliance with Brazilian & foreign government laws and regulations.- Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.- Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis.- Perform necessary variance and other accounting analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies or gaps.- Manage financial reporting and management tasks.- Address financial issues and inquiries from internal and external customers.- Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues.- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.- Perform the monthly billing, staff scheduling and payroll processing activities.- Provide support in recruitment, evaluation and training of staff members.- Certified user system implementer (ERP Sankhya)
